Le département administratif est un département très sollicité qui fonctionne quelque peu comme une centrale d’enregistrement et de distribution.
À côté du secrétariat communal, qui assure le suivi des travaux journaliers de l’administration, il y a les services de l’état civil, du bureau de la population, des relations publiques, des ressources humaines... qui tombent sous la responsabilité du département administratif.
